    Gopal Krishna Gokhale was prominent leader of Indian Independence Movement. He was one of the political and social leaders during the Freedom Struggle of India.  Gokhale’s political thought revolves around the socio-political issues. He appreciated and welcomed the British rule in India. He was essentially a liberal thinker and preferred constitutional methods for attaining the goal of self government. He supported the idea of strengthening local self government institutions. Gokhale gave more importance to national unity and considered it as the first pre-requisite for the growth and development of Indian nationalism. He also stood for the principle of racial equality and expressed strong resentment against the policy of racial discrimination being pursued by the English. He was favoring in establishing a state based on western ideas. Thus he laid emphasis on the principles of individual liberty and social equality. Gokhale favoured the Swadeshi movement.     The period between to 13th century AD and 16th century AD is very crucial in the political history of South India general and especially in the history of Andhrapradesh. Because the first part of the 14th century (1323 AD) witnessed the Muslim invasions which cast for the rise of revolts by the federated of the chief Kakatiyas to liberated Andhradesa from the Muslim leaders when the Andhra region caught in political disturbances. It impact on the socio-economic spheres of the period, the conditions of trade and commerce became a setback. After freed the Andhradesa from the Muslim conquers, the socio-economic conditions became slowly as use well. Naturally the trade and commerce especially internal & external trade with foreign countries slowly gained economic profits the trade and merchant guilds were also moved towards in progress.     Saat ini informasi berita melalui media sosial pada facebook dan twitter semakin berkembang maka dari itu diperlukan pengembangan aplikasi Media Management oleh pihak Chief Technology Officer yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi permintaan client dan meningkatkan kualitas informasi. Data media sosial facebook dan twitter di Media Management belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk keperluan analisis yang dilakukan oleh pihak Chief Technology Officer. Data media sosial tersebut dirancang untuk menghindari data redundancy serta laporan yang dihasilkan bersifat operasional sehingga membutuhkan resource dan waktu untuk menganalisis data. Karena itu dibutuhkan perancangan terhadap data media sosial, agar data tersebut mempunyai bentuk yang menggambarkan entitas data media sosial dari berbagai sudut pandang yang mudah dianalisis. Solusi yang dapat mendukung terbentuknya sebuah informasi multidimensi yang terstruktur yaitu dengan menyediakan sebuah basis data yang dapat dipresentasikan dalam berbagai bentuk yang konsisten dan basis data yang memiliki hal tersebut adalah data mart. Data mart merupakan bagian dari data warehouse yang dirancang khusus untuk menganalisis data berdasarkan subjek-subjek, mendukung kebutuhan query, dan pengambilan keputusan pihak manajemen. Pembangunan data mart menggunakan metode Ralph Kimball, pembentukan data dengan proses ETL(Extract Transform Loading) menggunakan SSIS (SQL Server Integrated Service), untuk proses analisis menggunakan OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) dengan tools DevExpress pada Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 dan data mart dipresentasikan berbasis desktop yang berjalan pada platform windows. Dengan dibangunnya data mart dapat mempermudah pihak Chief Technology Officer dalam mendukung proses analisis dan pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan aplikasi Media Management yang dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada client dalam mendapatkan informasi berita secara detail

    Spectroscopic (FT-IR, FT-Raman and NMR) and NBO analysis of 3, 4-dimethylanisole by density functional method

    Combined experimental and theoretical studies have been conducted on the molecular structure and vibrational, spectra of 3, 4-dimethyl anisole (DMA). The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of DMA have been recorded in the solid phase. The molecular geometry and vibrational frequencies of DMA in the ground state have been calculated by using the ab-initio Hartree-Fock (HF) and density functional methods (B3LYP) invoking 6-31+G (d,p) basis set. The optimized geometric bond lengths and bond angles obtained by HF method shows best agreement with the experimental values. Comparison of the observed fundamental vibrational frequencies of DMA with calculated results by HF and density functional methods indicates that B3LYP is superior to the scaled HF approach for molecular vibrational problems. The difference between the observed and scaled wave number values of most of the fundamental is very small. The thermodynamic functions and atomic change of the title compound has also been performed at HF/B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) level of theories. A detailed interpretation of the FT-IR, FT-Raman, NMR spectra of DMA has also been reported. The theoretical spectrograms for infrared and Raman spectra of the title molecule have been constructed. The thermodynamic function of the title compound has also been performed at HF/6-31+G (d,p) and B3LYP/6-31+G (d,p) level of theories. Natural bond orbital analysis has been carried out to explain the change transfer or delocalization of change due to the intra-molecular interactions. Energy of the highest occupied molecular (HOMO) orbital and lowest unoccupied (LUMO) molecular orbital have been predicted

    Utility of palliative EUS-guided biliary drainage using lumen-apposing metal stents: a prospective multicenter feasibility study (with video)

    BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Biliary drainage with ERCP is successful in only 80% to 90% of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer. We present the results of a multicenter prospective study assessing the safety, feasibility, and quality of life of patients after EUS-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) with lumen-apposing metal stents (LAMSs), after failed ERCP. METHODS: All consecutive adults with a dilated common bile duct (CBD) ≥14 mm secondary to inoperable malignant distal common bile duct (CBD) stricture and failed ERCP biliary drainage were screened and recruited from 3 tertiary U.K. centers. Technical success of EUS-BD using LAMSs was the primary endpoint. Improvement in serum bilirubin, 30-day mortality, procedure-related adverse events, and quality of life were secondary endpoints. The quality of life improvement was measured using a validated questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-BIL21). RESULTS: Twenty patients were included in analysis. EUS-BD was technically successful in all patients and the clinical success was 95% (19/20) at day 7 (>50% reduction in bilirubin) and 92.3% (12/13) at day 30 (bilirubin <50 μmol/L). There were significant improvements in overall quality of life score (49 vs 42, p=0.03) at day 30. All cause 30-day mortality was 20% and the moderate adverse event rate was 10% (1 cholangitis and 1 stent migration). CONCLUSION: EUS-BD has acceptable technical success and safety as a second line palliative treatment for inoperable malignant distal CBD strictures. Randomized controlled studies comparing EUS-BD with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) are needed to determine their effectiveness in clinical practice

    Fabrication of polycaprolactone/β-tricalciumphosphate based nano scaffolds using electrospinning method for biomedical applications

    1292-1297In this study, we have focused on preparation, fabrication and characterization of polycaprolactone and beta tricalcium phosphate (PCL/β-TCP) composite scaffolds that are used for bone tissue engineering applications. The electrospun composites have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The developed scaffolds are effectively simulated the morphology, mechanical property and bioactivity for load-bearing tissue engineering applications. The bioactivity of the scaffolds has been evaluated with in vitro cell adhesion and growth studies. The results confirm the nontoxic behaviour of the composite biomaterials and developed scaffolds with MG-63 osteoblast-like cell line. The synthesized scaffolds have shown promising bioactivity with the growth as well as proliferation of new bone cells with considerable osteoconductive properties. The nanoscaffolds possess better physical properties and support high cell adhesion suggesting their application in bone tissue engineering field

    Multicenter experience from the UK and Ireland of use of lumen-apposing metal stent for transluminal drainage of pancreatic fluid collections

    Background and study aims: Pancreatic fluid collection (PFC) is a common complication of pancreatitis for which endoscopic ultrasound-guided drainage is first-line treatment. A new single-device, lumen-apposing, covered self-expanding metal stent (LAMS) has been licensed for PFC drainage. We therefore present our multicenter experience with the LAMS for PFC drainage in a multicenter prospective case series to assess success and complication rates. Patients and methods: All adult patients from 11 tertiary centers who had LAMS placement for PFC from July 2015 to July 2016 were included. Data including indications, technical success, clinical success, collection resolution, stent removal, early and late adverse events (AEs), mortality and recurrence at 6 months were collected. Results: 116 patients, median age 52.5 years (range 16 – 80) and 67 % male, were treated with a single LAMS in each case. The indication was walled off necrosis (WON) in 70 and pseudocyst in 46. Median size of the PFC was 11 cm (5 – 21 cm) and the estimated median necrotic volume in WON was 30 % (5 % – 90 %). Stent insertion was technically successful in 115 (99.1 %) and clinically successful in 109 (94 %). Early serious AEs (SAEs): n = 7 sepsis, n = 1 stent blockage with food, n = 1 stent migration requiring laparotomy, n = 1 stent dislodgement and n = 1 bleeding requiring emboliZation. Late AEs: n = 1 buried stent and n = 1 esophageal fistula. Non-procedure-related deaths: n = 3 (2.5 %). Conclusion: This multicenter case series demonstrates that use of the new LAMS is feasible, effective and relatively safe in draining PFC with a technical success rate of 99 % and cumulative SAE rate of 11.2 %
